Our process ...

Our doughs are made fresh, in house, each week:
12” Flatbread Dough made using unbleached & unbromated flours.
Detroit Style Pan These pan style crusts are truly a labor of love. The dough is made from high protein flour and fresh yeast. Cheese crumbles are added to the pan and the dough is allowed to rise around the cheese. Baked in 100% beef tallow, this cheese/dough combo blends to form a crunchy, browned crust. Toppings (and more cheese) are added to the crust and the sauce goes on top!

House made sauces and specialty items:

Hot Honey is made from 100% real honey and a blend of specialty peppers, it is slightly sweet with a touch of heat.

Pepper Relish is made from a variety of pickled peppers and onions. Not overly spicy, it adds a nice dimension to whatever it is on.  (Pro Tip: Hot Honey and Pepper Relish together are delicious!)

Chipotle Aioli is made from spicy and smoky chipotle peppers. This sauce ticks all of the boxes for a spicy, sweet, and smoky addition that takes the flavor of any dish to the next level.

Hot Dog Sauce is made from tomato sauce, our secret blend of seasonings, and loaded with ground beef.

Nena’s Mac & Cheese is an old family recipe. It is delicious and tangy on its own. Take it a step further by adding toppings to your mac OR adding Nena's mac and cheese to a Detroit Style Pan pizza!
